We offer a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your purchase date. The guarantee applies to the one-time purchase of Podcast Video Editor, priced at AUD $19.95 including GST.
Lost license key?
Contact morrowbytesoftware@gmail.com with your purchase email and order or transaction reference. We’ll verify ownership and purchase status before providing a replacement. Never send payment-card details or passwords.
Save a backup of your license key. Browser collection is available for 24 hours after starting checkout, using the original browser and its cookies. Your saved lifetime license does not expire when that collection window ends.
How to request a refund
