2. Purchase and Merchant of Record
The lifetime licence is priced at A$19.95 AUD as a one-time payment, including Australian GST. In-app checkout is coming soon. Once checkout is available, purchases will be processed through Paddle, which will act as Merchant of Record for those transactions. The checkout will show the applicable price and taxes before you complete your purchase. Morrowbyte Software provides software support.
3. Software licence and trial
The software includes a free 7-day trial with no watermark. In-app checkout is coming soon. Once checkout is available, a one-time payment of A$19.95 AUD, including Australian GST, will provide a lifetime licence to use Podcast Video Editor. A purchase grants a licence to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property. You must not resell or redistribute the software without our permission, except where applicable law allows.
4. Refunds and cancellation
We offer a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email morrowbytesoftware@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase and your order reference. Do not send payment-card details. In-app checkout is coming soon. Once checkout is available, Paddle will process approved refunds for purchases made through Paddle. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there are no recurring charges to cancel. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
5. Consumer rights and remaining legal terms
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
